Dr. Burns C. Blaxall is founding Principal at PMG Insights, advising healthcare organizations and governments on precision medicine and value-based care. He serves as fractional President or Chief Strategy Officer for multiple organizations and on several boards. Previously SVP of Precision Medicine at Aranscia, and founding Executive Director of Precision Health at The Christ Hospital Health Network which achieved 99th percentile patient satisfaction and included a robust pharmacogenomics implementation. He holds a PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Colorado, with faculty positions at Duke, University of Rochester, Cincinnati Children's, and the University of Cincinnati, as well as nearly 100 publications and 250 invited lectures across six continents. He holds leadership roles in the Personalized Medicine Coalition, CPIC, PGRN, STRIPE, etc.
