Dr. Dalia A. Hamdy is a clinical pharmacist, scientist, educator, and entrepreneur. She earned her BPharm and MSc from Alexandria University in 2003, a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Alberta in 2010, and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Eton University in 2017. Dr. Hamdy has held academic positions at Qatar University, Alexandria University, and the University of Alberta. As the founder of AbEx Pharmacy locations in Fort Saskatchewan, and Beaumont, she has practiced as a community pharmacist since 2000, registered with the Alberta College of Pharmacists and the Egyptian Syndicate of Pharmacists. Her research interests include pharmacogenomics, pharmacokinetics, and clinical pharmacy, and she has published 29 peer-reviewed papers and supervised over 70 student research projects.
