Denis is an accomplished finance, legal and business Executive with extensive multi-sector experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, banking and capital markets. He previously served as the Managing Director and Head of Canadian Energy Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley. Prior to this, Denis held senior roles as Managing Director of Investment Banking at leading Canadian banks including CIBC.
His legal career includes Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York City and at Bennett Jones LLP.
With deep legal, financial and business experience, Denis brings valuable expertise to high-level strategic decision-making and client advisory.
