Rich is President & CEO of WallerCo Advisory Services and former owner of Foothills Industrial Products, which he grew over 18 years before a successful exit in 2020. He holds an ICD.D designation, serves as a director with Trimac Transportation, and completed the IMD High Performing Boards certification.
He also served on the EO Global Board of Directors, completing his three-year term in 2024. His expertise in scaling operations, board governance, and exit strategy will be invaluable as we move from seed to Series A.
