Dr. Birdi is an experienced emergency physician with over a decade of frontline clinical practice. He earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry at the University of Alberta, followed by postgraduate residency training in Family Medicine and postgraduate training in Emergency Medicine at the same institution.
Dr. Birdi is also the creator and host of the Pulse & Perspective Podcast, where he shares real-world insights from emergency medicine to help people better understand healthcare and make informed decisions about their health.
Through his clinical experience and public health communication, Dr. Birdi brings a valuable perspective on patient safety, medical decision-making, and healthcare education.
